Terrible area, liquor store next door, Drunks hang out behind the building all day. AC was broken, I was told to unplug and plug back in. Never worked. It was hotter in the room than it was outside. Website says they serve breakfast but they only have coffee and juice. It was close to the event center but that was the only list to staying here. I would never stay here again.

The gentleman at the front desk was kind and helpful. The room was clean. Coffee was available in the lobby. The pillows in the room were amazingly comfortable and the HVAC worked well. The location felt safe. An Uber from the airport was about $13 and took about 10 minutes.

Everything. Great service, very clean and cozy room. The man working the late night window went above and beyond to make everything work for us. Also we had a very late check in and they were happy to help us.

The staff were very courteous and prompt. The room was very clean and spacious for a king bed non smoking. I had a mini fridge, tv, clean towels etc

The staff is always so nice and friendly , the room is always clean and smells nice. The location to the Simmons Bank Arena is great. Overall it is our favorite place to stay when in little rock .

Everything was pretty neat & clean. The fridge was the only thing not cleaned properly. Bed was comfortable, carpets need to be cleaned better or replaced as a whole. Water was super hot, staff accommodated my needs and were very friendly, helpful & concerned. Accidentally left my red coat though.
